I had the pleasure of meeting a gorgeous London model named Issy backstage, I loved the eclectic look she was rocking.
Flashes of gold and iridescent blue on mirrored patterned and bold kaleidoscopic prints. Colourful, patterned and bold intricate prints.
There is a special place in my heart for Sister by Sibling because they are frigging AMAZING!!! AW13 inspiration was Paula Yates the collection delivered huge loop wool scarves, sequins and spots, oversized berets and signature leopard print knits all complimented with soft mauves, dirty pinks and blue palettes. Very exciting collection as usual from the trio.
Juergen Teller exhibition ICA. The exhibition begins with Vivienne Westwood fully naked in her home which looks like a baroque palace. One of the three photographs of Vivienne she is lying on an antique sofa decorated with a floral pattern with a vibrant orange cushion which matches her red hair. The reading room had floor to ceiling iconic editorial, personal and advertising photographs. Juergen Teller changes the way we experience fashion. Teller talks of being “interested in what attracts someone to the product. Sometimes its not necessarily the product itself” No wonder Juergen Teller gains respect in both art and fashion.
Amazing collection filled with tribal prints, colour, florals, comic book prints, furs, animal prints, beaded jumpsuits and knee high floral boots. So much fun! Abstract floral design and tribal pattern twist prints. Loving the sequins statement as well. Really love this collection.
